Just giving you some crap, like Davis is any better. Where else could the city counsil vote to spend 29K on a "frog tunnel"? I'll keep posting when we are going out to the track. If I get my 4.10's in I'll be going out again soon.
If you can make it, drop a note here or at mjhengel@ucdavis.edu, so I can keep a look out for ya.

Hey 5150,
You're getting better & better, no wonder you're getting hooked on the drag strip! It's a blast no matter what your performance level, and your's is definitely improving, nice reaction time too!

Hey all...

All in all a good day (about an 8 degree difference in last weeks runs). I dropped my best time down and didn't blow anything up. Unfortunately a guy in a 66 stang backed up into my front end (on the return road) and creased my front bumper (D'OH). Luckily my airbad didn't deploy, and the other guy was sorry and was very up front about it. Maybe I can get a Stillen bumper cover out of it?
I hate to say it, but I'm getting really hooked on this drag racing stuff

Great times and reaction!! What do you think of the TB spacer? Does it give more power?

Mikey...
I've tried both the squeeler (poweraid) and my phenolic spacer and they both feel like I get more low end (on my setup). Others (like Neal) have said on their rides they've lost time on their ET's. Once I start getting consistent times, I'll compare my spacer with the poweraid and to stock intake. That way I should be able to tell if I'm getting any benefits. The butt-dyno says yes, but the true test is out on the track or on a dyno. Really making these spacers is just a curiousity. I wanted to make a spacer that gave performance with out the "just stepped on the cat's tail" noise.
