Hi Speeder,
Yes, we can make the Superchip for that code. It's a pretty rare code, and given that you live in California, it's probably a California-spec vehicle with the 50-state emissions package, so that's one reason why it will be much more rare than codes for non-California-spec vehicles. Most California-spec vehicles have different software revisions in their computers than vehicles without the California emissions package. There are a few exceptions, like in some SVT vehicles such as the Lightning, they only have 1 code for each model year since they build so few of them compared to the 750,000 regular F-150's built each year, so they all have the California emissions package.
The nice thing is that this is really immaterial from the standpoint of California-spec vehicles no longer having to deal with having less power than the rest of the country got in their vehicles, like it used to be for many years. It used to be for a long time that any vehicle with the California emissions package would have significantly less power than 49-state vehicles, but no more. Your truck has the same stock SAE Net horsepower rating as the rest of them, and the Superchip can be made for your EME1 code so you'll be able to enjoy all the same benefits.
If you'd like to go over the details, please feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email, & congratulations on your new 2001 F-150!
