Question ? for Mike T.

Mike, I was talking to a friend of mine @ work today he said that he call ed you the other day about a chip for his truck, and he asked me to ask you another question. He was wondering can you get a chip with just the firmer shift points and not have to burn the 93 octane. I told him about the chip that you could switch from 87 to 93 octane and he said that may be the way he would go but if he could get the regular chip for about the same price he would do that, I don't think he really cares about the extra HP but he said that he hates the way the truck shifts. Thanks

Hi K.,

The way we make Superchip programs for regular gas is to do it in the 2-program Superchip Flip Chip, that way he'll have both programs, and he can use whichever he likes, and have improved shifting all the time, in either program. Then when he wants maximum power, he can use the "normal" performance program for premium gas. this way he'll have the best of both worlds, so to speak.
