FedEx- it's worth the money.

We used to ship everything out with a signature required, and everything is fine if the person is at home to receive the package. But if they're not home, and don't want to wait until the next day, then that's where it gets problematic.
What I wish is that there was one carrier that was alwys better, and there just isn't any. We've seen FedEx do the same and even worse over the years as we've used every commerical carrier possible. FedEx used to always be better and worth their expense, but not any more in our experience in shipping packages all across the country everyday. All that having been said, we'll ship via FedEx to anyone who prefers them, it just costs more.

I had no problem getting my chip from you. I think we talked about it and I told you I would accept responsibility for NO Signature delivery. It came just when you said it would 2 days after I ordered it at 9pm.
Mine was just a general observation about UPS. Fed EX Rules for me in Dallas.

UPS next day service was right on time!
Had the reflashed chip installed in just over an hour after delivery (new install and also removed the computer bracket to flatten the edge).
I am very impressed with the service from Performance Products..thanks Mike!!
