Word of caution..DO NOT use anything less than 92 Octane! You can cause engine damage with 87 Octane and a Superchip!

Thumbs up

Thanks, I didn't know that. I thought I read that it just wouldn't perform optimally. I'll drive straight over and fill up.

Talking Just Installed it.

I couldn't wait until the weekend so I did it last night. In one word...."sweeeeeet."

I had to remove my battery but the whole thing took about 45 minutes. I've read so much about it on this site I only glanced at the directions. Shifting is great, I already feel some power enhancement and I heard some knocking/pinging when I punched it getting on the freeway this morning which I expected due to the regular unleaded.

Mike did you get my email regarding UPS? I couldn't have installed it anyway on Monday so I was fine with that but I paid for the 2 day air so I plan on getting that money back from UPS. Do I call them or do you do it (since you ordered the service from them)?

Thanks

Dear Horde,

Glad to see you 're up and running with your new Superchip!

With regards to any issues about pricing, shipping times, etc., you and I need to communicate privately about that. This message board is not for discussing anything having to do with any actual transactions between customers and Vendors, those types of inquiries have to be handled privately between the customer and the Vendor, strictly. So anything having to do with that type of thing, contact us privately, please. I did respond to your email immediately.

So just give us a shout, and we'll be happy to go over that with you!

Enjoy your Superchip,
