Well, I finally got the money and the will power together to order a Kenne Bell supercharger for my 5.4 xpy. I ordered it from Truck Performance Center and they gave me a very good deal. The kit includes the custom OPTIMIZER computer module, and the Boost A Pump. I have an array of accessories I must sell so if anyone is interested contact me at Als0077175@aol.com. Is it called the Blowzilla? Neal has the same thing on the way, or plans to get one.

 

I do not know if it is the blowzilla, but it does include the Optimizer and boost a pump. I am pretty sure they only offer one kit for the 5.4 but you can adapt it to your certain needs. From what I understand you can change the pulley to run up to 12psi on the KB. The kit stock runs 6/7 psi of boost if I remember correctly. I will probably keep it on the stock boost level and be on the safe side.

Slick X, I' planning a similar purchase in the next month but I am stuck as to either the Vortech or the Kenne Belle. I was wanting to know why you chose the KB? Are you planning to install it yourself? I do like the fact that it come with the OPTIMIZER and Boost A Pump. I can have Kenny Brown install the Vortech for me, but I want the best system for all the "weight" the Expy's have.

Also, did the JBA's make a big difference when you had that installed? I want to do them both at the same time but am unsure as to the power gain of the headers.
