ATST - I noticed in the news that freight trains in general are down in cargo carrying, and in another area Booze sales are on an increase - which only suggests - more people are getting "LOADED" than freight trains.

Like my Username says Im new to Ford and have been a member here only for a few short months. It would have taken me much, much, longer and have been more difficult to learn everything I have so far about my truck without this website. Everyone here has been so helpful. So now I would like to say thanks to everyone who makes this site what it is and for all the members being so willing to help, inform, give opinions,etc,etc...I truly hope everyone has a Very Happy Holiday and a Blessed and Bright New Year!

My letter to Super Santa (AKA Mike T.)

Please make me a Super Chip that recalibrates my shift points, elimiates my top speed limiter and uses regular gas (or just let the price of high test get close to a buck a gallon). Oh please! Pretty please! I've been a good boy.

ps. I will need it in code IMP4 please.

Merry Xmas to all. And thank's for puttin up with me.

Also remember that the new mellinium is really still a whole year away (2001).

Dear Roadrunner,

Thanks, Merry Christmas to you too!

1.) You might want to re-try emailing me, everyone else gets thru with no problems. My email address is: mtroyer@compuserve.com

2.) You certainly could, but *I* wouldn't buy a Superchip just to use once for a trip and then remove it, but that's me. Most people see an improvement in gas mileage from the Superchip when cruising on the highway, it's simply a by-product of the additional spark advance used on part-throttle. For people who drive an average of 20,000 miles a year, if you didn't get *any* gain in fuel mileage from the Superchip, your additional fuel costs run about $150-$200 or so per year in America. Most of these V-8 F-150's see 1.5 to 2.0 more mpg when cruising with the Superchip, on average. I think you'll find that once you have the Superchip in, you won't want to take it back out, but that is of course up to you!

Merry Christmas,

Dear Cphillip,

You and everyone else!

Santa says he's got your IMP4, all ready to go, but it'll still take premium. There were rumors on TV news a couple days ago, saying Alaskan crude oil was supposed to drop by $7 a barrel. That's the best I can do!

Dear Cphillip,

Uhh, yeah, that's the ticket, (in my best imitation of Jon Lovitz) I got them to lower the price of crude oil just for you, just so you could buy the chip. Yep, that's what I did alright.

Hey Andthensometoo,

Wow, what a card! Nice job, to say the least.

And for anyone who hasn't clicked on the link that Andthensometoo provided in her last post, DO IT, you'll love the view, guys!

Hey Cableguy!

Great to see you, glad you dropped in. We haven't seen much of you here lately.

It *would* be nice if we could have an F150online Christmas party all together, wouldn't it? What a party *that* would be! I don't think the roads would *ever* recover from everyone's exhibition of speed at a get-together, especially if we let you & Neal the HP Freak in!

Merry Christmas,
