Question Need Jumpers Soldered in Mass, or NH

I need to get the Jumpers soldered.
I live in Waltham, Ma. So anywhere in eastern Ma or Southern NH would be cool.
Thanks Don

Hi Don,

I enjoyed talking with you earlier. You shouldn't have too much trouble getting someone in your area to do it, at either a CB Radio, Stereo, or TV & VCR repair shop, in that order is what my preference would be to check for. And if not, then don't forget we can have Superchips do it and overnight it back out to you.

Good luck, and please let me know if I can help!

Hi Don!

I'm glad you thought about your brother's shop, and were able to get it done there.

So now you're up and running with your new Superchip, YAHOO!

Have fun Don, and if you do happen to track your gas mileage, we'd love to hear your results with the Superchip! Most people see a small improvement in gas mileage on the highway, about 1.5 to 2.0 mpg for most V-8 F-150's, as long as you can keep your foot out of it! That might not be easy for the first few weeks with the Superchip while you're checking it out!

Cool

Thanks Guys
I forgot my brother has a shop in NH where they do micro soldering. I was a little frustrated and forgot my brothers company does soldering.
I drove my truck to his shop, one of the ladies cut 2 leads of a defective component, put some solder paste on the leads, and flowed the it with a soldering iron. She put the computer under a microscope(the connectors are close to each other)when she was done I looked under the microscpe, good work. If Ford ever looked at the jumpers they would not be able to tell it had ever been repaired.
**** The results****
Started right up, I love the new power, and the way it shifts, Yaaaaaaaaaaa, Just wish Ford could get there act together and give us a quality computer.

I had the no start prob too. I was a bit nervous about soldering it myself, but all went well. Fired right up. Thanks for the "head's up" on how to fix it Mike T. Runs great.

Dear RLAFOND,

Congrats! I'm glad you're up and running with your new Superchip.

With those 3.73 gears and all your mods, that should be a very godd-running truck by now!

Have fun,
