superchip or fordchip
69 girl,
I checked out their site and they do not show a CARB certification. They advertize they use a wideband O2 sensor and that is good. They belittle others that send you a tune off the shelf but they claim to have over 100 in stock.

Hi 69 girl & everyone,
Jerry (fordchip) is now part of the new Superchips Custom Tuning enterprise.
In fact, we are the first Superchips Custom tuning dealer, and the same tool Jerry used to make his fordchip programs is what I use to do our custom tuning. We work with Jerry, Chris, David, etc. & the gang at SCT on our programs. In November I had a chance to work with Jerry down at Team Ford in Atlanta, and I just got back a few weeks ago from our 2004 F-150 5.4 tuning R&D sessions down in Orlando at SCT with Chris Johnson.
We have correct control over virtually every parameter in the PCM, including the 2004 3-valve 5.4 F-150's, so if you want top-shelf tuning you might want to think about giving us a call.
Good luck!
