Chip Question...
My dad-in-law has a 2002? Explorer Sport Trac. He asked me if I knew who makes chips, what do they do, and how to get one.
I know little about hopping up a Ford, so I'm asking you guys.

It depends on which PCM that particular 2002 Explorer has - if it's one with the EEC-V PCM, then yes, we can probably do it. In general, we've offered tuning for the Explorers ever since they came out in 1991.
If you (or your father in law) can give us a call, I can go over this with you & tell you how to identify the PCM, and to find the PCM code for that individual Explorer, so we can then tell you if we can provide the performance chip/tuner for that vehicle or not.
If you like, feel free to have your father-in-law call me directly at our number listed below, and I can go over those details directly with him so you don't have to repeat it all, etc. - getting that info directly is usually the easiest & quickest, but just have someone give us a quick call & we can go over all that with whoever calls us so we can get you the answer on that particular '02 Explorer, OK?
