Hey mike just wondering if I was going to get any thing other than a conformation on the order I placed this weekend?

OK, glad to hear you got your info.
There are a couple of things we need to let you know just so you'll be aware for future reference...........
Anytime you want to know anything about an order placed with us, please give us a call & we can help you immediately. You can also email us of course, but keep in mind our email load is extremely heavy, so it might take a few days before we see your email and can respond to it, just to let you know.
The rules here on F-150 Online require anything that is between a vendor & their customer, such as pricing, order status, Tech Support, etc., must be communicated privately between the 2 parties. That way the message boards here aren't swamped with matters that have nothing to do with F-150 Online. There is also the additional issue that we have no idea who people are by their screen names here, thus we couldn't tell anyone anything without identifying by their full name & address anyway.
If you have any questions about your order or anything else performance-related about your vehicle, please give us a shout & we'll be happy to help you right away.

Chrisely24, I had an issue, called Mike on Saturday and left a message. He called me back within the hour I belive, and took care of everything, ON A WEEKEND! Try that anywhere else... Customer service is taken seriously over there...

That's very kind of you to say. And truth be told, we were probably a bit lucky in getting back to you that quickly, usually over the weekend we check for Tech Support messages about 3-4 times a day. We probably just happened to check messages not too long after you left yours, I'm guessing.
My previous post was really not meant just for chrisely24, he had the info he needed by the time I got to post anyway. It was really more for everyone in general, just as a reminder to call us about those kinds of things.
