am selling the truck and looking to most likely sell the flipchip separately... it comes with one free re-programming, correct? does this transfer to somone i sell the chip to?

No, you don't get any free future reprogramming, you've already received and have been using the programming you are entitled to when you originally purchased the product. There aren't any "benefits' to anyone you sell it to either, that would be strictly a private transaction.
