Rust (on inside of door)

I have some small rust spots on the very bottom of my door. Heres the odd thing, its on the inside of my door. I sprayed it with some PB. Should I do anything more?

Ya, take it to the dealer....there is a TSB on this, I got all my doors and tailgate fixed, re-sealed and inner part repainted...I had to pay 10%.

ahhhhh the wonderful world of fixing rust and keeping it away!!!!! LMAO what i do is take somthing very strong to strip EVERYTHING off the paint includes wax, debris and make sure that the paint is full exposed with no protection. i know it sounds harsh but this is just me then i sand it down prime the area(use bondo or some sort of filler if necessary if the rust is worse than surface) then find a paint supplier who will mix up some paint for you in spray cans then paint or use touch up paint if the area is very minor to be painted. Let it set up for awhile (overnight or 24hrs should be sufficient) then get some sort of polish or wax on that area right after it sets up. Make sure you rewash the area before you go waxing it. There maybe some better alternatives for this but this is just my $02
