Zaino Glass Cleaner
Zaino Glass Cleaner
I had opportunity to try the Zaino glass cleaner this weekend. The product has the appearance of Liquid Turtle wax. You rub on a small area at a time, let it dry completely, then buff it off. I have mixed comments on the results, but maybe I didn't apply it as precisely as I should have.
The product worked great to clean and remove stains from the glass. There were no scratches. But it left a bit of a film or haze behind no matter how long I waited for it to dry or how many times I buffed it. I contacted Zaino and they said to remove the haze with Windex and to only use the product periodically, like every month or so.
The concept of waxing the window and buffing off the residue was very appealing. But I wish it would have been free of the film afterwards. I will probably limit its use to periodic long term maintenance as it appears that following up with Stoner Glass cleaner, or Windex will be required anyway.

Windex is a good product to use and does remove haze very nicely. here is another way of doing this. If you have a damp chamois layin aorund clean it up and damnpen it down with warm water. This seems to work great for me and does a nice job of removing those little water streakes too. Hope this helps.
