A good place to start for info on the door crack issue is by going to the F150 homepage...then look on the right side of the page and you'll see "helpfull resources"...under that you'll see a link about the door crack issues.

This is crappola!!!!!!!! Parden my french.
I did not even notice it untill Texford pointed it out to me, and I had looked for it. Now I can't help but see it every time I get in my darned truck.
I am wondering. Would that have been covered under an extended warranty?

my mama told me i shouldnt point.... as for as the ext.warr. i think they only warrent the drive train but who am i to say....read your papers or call the dealer you purchased it from(and we know who that is)...and this only goes to show that when some of us get together we learn alot from each other,had fun

I just bought my Ford last week and learning from this site about the Crack I looked on mine and sure enough there was one on the driver side. I called the dealer and talked to one of the service writers and they said they have not heard of it before. I have an appointment Thursday. I will talk to the service manager about it. It was bought 3 years ago and has 42k miles on it. Do you think they will do anything? Will the Crack get worse?
