Unhappy Drove over paint puddle...all over truck!

Aghh! My girlfriend was using my Silver 4-month old F150 and called me at work to tell me that she drove over a puddle of white oil-based paint that was in the street... and told me that she had to "SCRUB" it to get it off!!! Damn. She said it got all over the tires, and all over the passenger side. When i finally got home at midnight, after an hour of horrible visions, I inspected the damage. I had to wait until the morning to really see the damage and noticed some spots she missed: some splatter on the paint, a thick coating on the muffler and on the plastic black splash protecter thingy above it, and on the F150 emblem on the fender. Can anyone tell me how to get the paint off the truck and its affected parts? I will really appreciate it. Thank you very much!

If it's oil based paint, then mineral spirits should remove it with some care. This will also remove any wax that was on the vehicle, so you will need to replenish it.

Yep, mineral spirits should work. Should be easy to get off since it is fresh too.
