Yes, several things.
Eagle One Scratch Remover
Meguiar's Scratch X
Meguiar's #9 Swirl Remover.
Any of those products should be able to get the fine scratch out. For small scratch I use Eagle One Scratch Remover. Takes a few applications but works great.
