accordian camper boot

Has anyone installed this type of boot? I want to remove both windows and was wondering about the fit to the cab of the truck. How hard is it to remove the rear window? TIA

The window is removed be first removing the trim around it on the inside of the truck. Within there should be nuts that hold on the window (with the bolts being attached directly to the glass).
