Question I clayed, now what??

I am very pleased with clay. My truck use to feel like sandpaper now its's smooth like glass, anyways.

After I clayed this weekend, what should I put on after? Polish? Wax? I wanna make some plans for next weekend.

Also, any tips on softening up that clay bar? Heat?

After using the clay bar, I just wax the vehicle (Meguiars Gold Class Wax). I've done this on my truck and car. It works awesome!

I'm not sure how or why you'd want to soften up the clay bar. I wouldn't worry about that.

The clay bar makes a huge difference! You can really tell that it works.

Question

I'd like to soften it up more so I can get to a clean side of the clay.
Any ideas?

Have you tired polish after?

I just keep folding the clay bar in half and flattening it. That seems to keep it clean for the most part.

No, I haven't ever used a polish. I'm not too familiar with them.

Ditto. Just keep folding the clay and working it flat. It'll be soft enough.
I follow my clay with a good acrylic sealer/protectant (I use the Erazer clay and sealer). Then Blitz wax. I only need to seal about every third wax job, but I keep my truck fairly clean.
