Post I don't like the armor all "wipes"

A friend of mine had a box so I figured "hey what the heck I'll give it a shot"... had to use about 10 of the "wipes" just to wipe off the dash, which was not that dirty, and they left so much residue (in the form of little fabric "leftovers") I had to go over it again with my typical dash cleaner, meguiars quick detailer and a cotton terry cloth. The grime that was picked up by the meguiars even after I had gone through the 10 armor all wipes was probably more then all the wipes together.
Just thought I'd let y'all know.

Thumbs up

I've been using the Ford Vinyl Protector (not the Ford vinyl cleaner) which I purchased at my local Ford Dealer. It is the BEST I've ever used! It leaves a nice sheen to the trim pieces, does not attract dust and it lasts a long time.

I too have the ArmorAll sheets.

Pros:

You don't have to spray the product on and overspray the windows.

You can use the provided "cleaner" sheets prior to the "protectant" sheets.

Very convenient.

Cons:

More costly.

They become dry if left in a hot vehicle, which leaves them useless.
