Post Cleaning water spots on aluminum toolbox

I have a Delta aluminum toolbox that has a lot of water spots that are not coming off with my regular truck wash. Is there a product out there that cleans it and restores the shine? Is it clear coated?
Thanks.

A friend of mine waxed his toolbox while he was waxing his truck. It made it look brand new. Might want to try that.

Thers a product called Aluminum Bright that comes in a spray bottle. It's just like chrome polish for aluminum. Try your local auto parts store.
