Post Best way to get rid of scratches?

I try to be pretty careful off-road about what I get into, but I have to make it over that hill or around that corner to get into that good mudhole.... which has led to scratches in the paint. Most of them are just surface scratches that buff out. I'm not looking for perfection, I'm just looking to make it look good. Some of the scratches though are pretty deep. Other than repainting the whole thing what is the best way or the best thing to use to cover this up and make it blend. I want this truck to be around for quite some time. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would suggest Turtle Wax. They make a line of dye colored polish. It's called color cure. Comes in black, green, blue, red and white. Also comes with a chip stick like a crayon for the deeper scratches. I use the black on my truck and my wifes Altima. It does a very nice job especially on black vehicles because of no white dust on trim and in crevises. And since it is a polymer polish, it lasts longer than wax.
P.S. wear gloves, it stains.
