For common cleaner...
1. simple green, and a soft brush (tooth brush will work), use a cloth with clear water to wipe/remove any residua afterward
2. For hard plastics- Blue Coral Carpet & Upholstry cleaner (Autozone carries)
3. For fabrics- try either goddards dry clean or KR2 (I'm assuming we are talking fabric- not leather). Both are spot cleaners, spray on, let sit, brush off/vacume when dry (probably the best spot cleaners I know of!

You should probably add specifics AND pics if you want good help. Ink can be hard to remove. I had some on the interior hard plastic. The only thing that would even touch it is goof-off, but you want to spot test cause that stuff can discolor your plastic. Always try least agressive first...then move on from there.

I've heard "Mean Green", made in the USA works. Haven't gotten around to trying it yet, got the spray bottle in the garage for 6 months now- can you say procrastination? Maybe try brake cleaner too, spot dabbing in case it's too much and lifts color, but really I've had no problems with it.
