Has anyone taken there F150 badges of thier trucks? My truck is all black and I dont want anything on the sides or the back except for the ford emblem on the tailgate. Will it leave marks in the paint if I take them off?
Thank you

I've seen responses to this question somewhere in this forum, and from what I recall, there are holes under the fender and tailgate badges.

Well I took off the Automotive dealers sticker the one that says the name of the dealership and location... It was a sticker you have seen them... but it left a haze on my truck to correct that I had a sticker made to cover it all up, "Are You Scare" it is written in red and looks like it's dripping blood.... really cool. but I get in a lot of races with that thing though

Saw somewhere that you can take the black part of the emblems off with some careful use of acetone and a q-tip...

I might try it becuase my truck is all silver and the chrome look would rule...heh

1.take off the badges

2.use eagle one wet polish or paint protectant to remove all the film.

3.go to a body shop have the holes filled in and painted over.
