For 98-up, I believe the 2-tone is an option on all the XLTs and Lariats. The one I've got waiting for me at the dealer (if Ford EVER gets off their collective @ss to get my paperwork together on my Lemon Explorer.... but I digress...) is an all white Lariat Flare-side with a tan interior... not as common as the grey, but certainly not rare in these parts. (i.e. DEEE-troit)
