Bigsur, I am not a fan of WW (as if you didn't know by now) but a few things to think about.
Justin told me that he from time to time will boil his MF's for a few min. I for one use MicroRestore about every 4 wash or so and add a second soak in the cycle. This really does help restore that softness to the MF's in my opinion.
If you bought lower quality MF's that are going south, that maybe the end of life for them anyway.
