Except for calling it 'fake leather', you are absolutely correct. It's real leather, just coated.

Only the KR has uncoated leather.

Any high quality vinyl cleaner and protectant (303 is a great choice BTW) will work.

In a discussion about conditioning leather seats...
Except for saying that the only F-150's with leather seats are the KR and maybe the Harley which was wrong....and misidentifying "real" leather as "fake" leather he was "absolutely correct"?

I personally use Zaino Z9 and 10 on my seats and it works well. Smells absolutely wonderful as well.

Great thread, and finally I find some really good info.

Was always easy to find what people used before ...
... but not so easy to find WHAT was best to use and WHY it was best.

303 Aerospace Protectant

I'll be looking for it!

Mothers has become my absolute favorite leather care products. They have two...Reflections cleaner/conditioner (a combo) and their normal line with a separate cleaner and conditioner. I haven't tried the Reflections product, but the other cleaner & conditioner are awesome.
