Ever spring I get reoccuring rust on the same spots on my truck. What do other people us to remove rust from their trucks?

 

Sandpaper.

 

On my old 76 Dodge Ram, I used to use a product called CLR. With a bit of scrubbing, most of the rust disappeared (temporarily).
