Help

Getting a new to me 04 FX4 Supercab on Friday, Going to use Mothers Step 1 and 2 but I am leaning to SYNWAX for step 3.........I don't beleive the truck has ever been detailed ...... but it has only spent 14 days of it's life parked outside........it still looks great. Any suggestions or hints for a finish coat besides SYNWAX? The color is Blazing Yellow Clearcoat.

I would get a claybar from your local auto parts store and claybar it first to get all the crap out of the paint then go with the mothers. I love synwax very easy to apply and lasts a while too. I cant find it anymore where i live so i have went to megs 2.0 nxt. Im sure the Megs guys will chime in and tell you that the megs is alot better blah blah blah . You will like the synwax. Good luck and post some pictures up.

Without seeing actual closeup pictures of the paint, it's kind of tough to recommend any products. Remember, the "wax" is generally the last step in any good detailing job. It's everything that comes before the wax that really matters. If you've done a good enough job with the first two steps, Synwax should work just fine.

Im not a Megs guy but...

2 Coats of NXT 2.0 is hard to beat for ease of use, shine and durability.
And if you use Clay make sure it's white.
