Talking Outside winter storage

I keep my 85 F150 in the parking lot of my apt. complex. I drive a car to work everyday and keep my truck outside, and I usually don't drive until the weekends. Is there anything I can do to the truck to make sure it makes it thru the hard winter? I already use a windshield cover and gas line freze fluid.

Well, I'd imagine about all you could do is make sure your coolant is of the proper ratio to protect the engine to the lowest temp. you might experience. If the temp goes lower than that, you would probably need to drain the block, radiator, and heater core. Don't forget your windshield washer fluid too.

BTW, I think you'd get more and better info if you posted this under engines or in the General Discussion area.
