Question How to remove splattered road paint???

My girlfriend just purchased a used car and when she got it home, she noticed that there is some white road paint on the lip of the driver's side wheel wells. Looks like the person that owned it before her must have accidentally driven on some wet paint and it splattered up inside the wheel wells. Is there anything out there that we could use to remove the paint without harming the clearcoat? We can chip it off, but I'm a little worried about damaging the paint job. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Cool

You might try "Goof-Off". I don't know if it is Clearcoat-Friendly however. Start in a place that doesn't show and see.
Good luck.
Sorry to hear about the paint spatters.

Exclamation

Be careful with the Goof-Off. One of the 5.0 stangs I had someone stole the 5.0 badges on the fenders and while I was trying to remove the adhesive left behind it removed the paint. Good thing it was covered by the new badges I put on.
