Polish for white trucks

I remember someone talking about Poorboys or something like that? Can someone post some links to a good polish to use on white that you can actually see?

I was planning on doing a clay, swirl x, polish sealant, NTX 2.0 wax. Not gonna be able to do it until late April though as I'm on tour with my band until then. Ugh, my Dad gets to use my truck. I hope he will wash it at least underneath after driving in salt and snow.

I'm not sure if you're looking for the best "polish" for white paint or maybe the best wax or glaze for white paint. Since I'm the resident Oxford White junkie around here, I should probably offer you some of my thoughts. Remember though, these are my personal opinions.

As for polishes, depending on how much correction is actually needed, I use different products. For reasonably serious correction, I like Poor Boys SSR 2.5 or Meguiar's M105. For mild correction I like Poor Boys SSR 1, Meguiar's M205 or Zaino Fusion. If I were to use a Glaze, Poor Boys White Diamond works quite well and is made especially for light colored paint. As far as an LSP goes, I really like Zaino and Collonite 845.

Hope that helps!

The stuff I like on white the best is Danase Wet Glaze (not really a glaze) and Blackfire Wet Diamond. They really make white "pop."

I know DWG works awesome on red. Never tried it on white. It's a shame they stopped making it since Danase went out of business. I think Pakshak is the only place that still sells some.

I have a bottle of DWG that I've never even touched. Been meaning to though. I have more products than time and weather permit me to use.

My Oxford White '07, which when I bought it (used) was swirled up pretty bad from many tunnel and/or aggressive hand washes. The most efficient combo I found was a 2 step starting with Meg's M95 to level the heavy swirls, and a finish with M205. All with the Cyclo. Hand wax with Collinite 845 Insulator Wax. This stuff kicks a**, has a deep gloss, and is extremely durable. I did not correct the paint to 100%, but I'd say 85-90%. The reflectivity and depth of gloss was improved very dramatically, even with the white paint.
