Iv'e always just washed, clayed, and waxed. Next time I do a full detail I would like to do some paint correction as I have swirls and things like that. Would you mind posting what tools you use for that as well as the products and WHERE YOU GET THEM. lol I just don't have a clue other than Walmart or O' Reileys. Also where do you get HD? Thanks, Brent.

The tools I used for paint correction were a PC, M105/205, and Lake Country Pads.

Looking back I wish I'd have bought it all at once. This is what I would have purchased for my level of swirls:
-PC with backing plate, M105, M205, two orange pads, two green pads, and one blue pad

FYI Detailers Domain is having their 20% off sale right now, so you'd save about $60 if you bought the kit right now (code FACEBOOK20 @ checkout).

That's literally everything I used in one package. I just wish I had more microfibers while doing it. Rick at ADS is having a sale on them for $0.99 cents a piece. Much better quality than the ones you'll find at Wal-Mart.

Hey thanks! I'm starting to get a better idea of how all this stuff works. Where do you get the Hyper Dressing? I love the way it makes the wheel well and tires look!

No problem! If you have any questions please ask or feel free to PM me.

You can get HD at many detailing shops online. AutoDetailingSolutions is down until the 4th but they have it.....or you could go the regular cheap places like Amazon or eBay.

Another site to check out is www.adamspolishes.com. I use their products and have been very happy with the results. https://www.f150online.com/forums/ca...adventure.html

I may have to pick up some HD though, I love the way it looks!

Now back to your regularly scheduled thread...
