I use a medium clay bar when I want to strip off the old wax and fallout. Usually 2x a year. Chemical Brothers in LA have three grades. Here's the link.

Does one recommend claying a new vehicle or no? Some people say yes, some people say no.

Slowly run your hand over the paint after washing it. If it's rough, it needs to be clayed. Age means nothing.
