Wheel Wells and Undercarriage

Over the weekend, a buddy and I did simple details with our trucks. Washed and hand waxed, just the basics. I decided to shoot the wheel wells and undercarraige with cheap store brand tire dressing. It worked amazingly well. Gave everything a nice semi-gloss appearance and it seems to be lasting quite well.

So, what do the rest of you guys do to dress up these areas on your trucks? I know there is probably a better way, but for what I had to work with and the money I spent, I think I came out ok.

Paint the rear wells black with some spray paint/Rust-Olem/rubber undercarriage paint. Then, spray those and the front wells with Hyperdressing. Works better, and should end up being cheaper.

Cheap tire dressing is actually one of the better ways to do it.

I use a 3:1 ratio of Hyper dressing after every wash, frame and wheel wells look beautiful.

Adams makes an undercarriage spray, as well as Chemical Guys. The Adams stuff smells like grapes and work great too. In the past I have used Armorall, and cheap tire shine foam too.

Before I discovered the world of hyperdressing I used the cheap tire foam stuff. It wasn't bad for a pre-show prep but it attracted dust like crazy.

I have been wanting to try some HD for a while now.

OT, but the store bought Back to Black isnt worth a dang. Is the Black Wow a better product?

Apples and oranges. The only thing Back to Black is good for is removing wax residue.

Hyperdressing is the bomb! I use it on the wells, frame, leaf springs, hitch, pretty much everything that's not shinning.

Since no one has suggested it yet...I would say, use the tried and true proven product....Hyperdressing.
