painting bumper

how hard is it to powdercoat and paint a rear chrome bumper off a 2004-08 ford f150?

Not too hard, they sand blast the bumpers, powdercoat them, then bake them.

I tried to get mine done, but they couldnt color match em.

Ya then ill probably get rid of the roll pan and put a regular bumper on and paint it.
