How much a square foot does it cost to get an epoxy floor done?

When I was getting all the quotes, they were around 2.50 to 6.00 psf...but cost is also a factor in a few things.

Prep, repair, fill, then how much chip do you want, full vs med-heavy, to light to none..then if you want a clear or no clear on it.

Full chipped floors are very expensive. Times are tough for these guys so you can work on the price with...they should bend a little.

I did the med chipped floor with clear. I also paid in cash so they helped me a little there.

Here are a few more updated shots.

Reason I asked is my brother in law did his with Motofloor tiles from Costco. That runs between $2 and $2.50 psf depending on what they are selling the boxes for at the time.

Pat, good point.

It's hard to tell in the photo but they don't chip the step so it stands out...while in the garage, you know exactly that its a step b/c there is so much contrast there.

I need to do mine, that looks great

Isn't the step a code. I think you have to have a minimum of 4" difference in height from house floor to garage floor for carbon monoxide reasons. Something like that I believe.

That looks great man....I think every garage should have a floor like that. I know my house will when I get a house

I think they're all the same. The shelves are just arranged differently.

Thanks guys....it's been a long 10 days. (well, 2 weeks if you include the prep)

We had time after camping to get the garage back in order, rearranged a bit too. We are about 1 day away from being finished but we did get to park on the floor tonight for the first time.

I will get more photos when I get the rest of the stuff in.

Cheers

RR
