So gic how confident are you that this kit will remove these we little scratches/cracks? Since you have used this kit.

It's going to be kind of hard to answer that sight unseen. Maybe pictures would help if you can capture the scratches/cracks. If they truly are cracks they may not come out all the way. You may even need to use a coarser sand paper to start with. That's a judgement call though that you would have to make yourself. It might not be a bad idea to have 1000 and 1500 grit papers on hand.

Just curious, how HOT was the oven?
Cause one video ( http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...n=Custom&ID=31) I have seen says 215 degrees for 10 min, but on another forum I saw someone say 280degrees for 15 mins...???

I did 250 for <10 minutes...

They aint really deep cause i can only barely feel em with my finger nail and cannot even feel them with just my finger...

Did it improve them? I'm guessing they're pretty deep then and actually stress cracks from baking them like someone else said.

It took most of them out but it ruined the coating on them... part of the light has a coating and another part doesnt they look like crap.

Any one want to buy this kit off me? I used one piece of sandpaper, and just the wool pad and a little M105. I will even include extra sandpaper. PM me if you want it. Thanks!

You need to sand them some more to get ALL the coating off - then 105 it and PlastX them again. If you spend the time and use the kit as it was designed, they will look fine.
