If your tires are so cruddy that APC won't get them clean, try Westley's. Be careful, it's caustic, rinse immediately off anything but the tires.

Mixed it 4:1
So with the Meg spray bottle filled up to the 4:1 mark with water.
Then added APC to the bottom of where the bottle changes its size.

Correct for 4:1???

Someone just posted a link to the Meguiars forum that shows how to dilute according to the bottles. Look in this thread.

Thanks...Looking at that link clears up any misconception that I didnt mix it correctly.
So Im spot on.
But still doesnt solve my cleaning issue as it clearly doesnt do its job on the brown crud.
Whats plan B.
I Dont really want to use anything that is gonna screw up my aftermarket KMC wheels, but I want to get these tires cleaned up.

Use the Westley's - just be careful, load up the wheels with soapsuds and don't rinse them off till you rinse the tires.
