Which Pad for Which Product?

I plan on going over the truck with the new G110 using #80 first then, the #9 followed by NXT. I have the 7207 cutting pad, the 8207 polishing pad and the 9207 finishing pad.

Should I use the cutting pad with the #80 or the polishing pad?

Which one for the #9?

I assume you use the finishing pad to apply the NXT and a MF bonnet to remove the dried wax?

The #80 sample I got has no instructions. Do you remove it immediately or let it dry?

My paint is still in excellent shape but does have some slight swirls and water spots.

Rick

I would use the polishing pad with the 80. I'm not sure when you will ever use the cutting. I typically will use the finishing pad with 09. If there are still heavy swirls after 80 do a second pass before using 09 . The 09 may not even be needed after a second pass of 80. And you wipe 80 and 09 off immediately after application.

Do not use the cutting pad. The cutting pad is used in most cases to remove wax by machine (most prefer by hand). Even in this case you will not use the cutting pad by itself. You will need to install a MF Bonnett over the cutting pad to remove the wax. I think you will benefit from watching the "How to use a PC" DVD. You can purchase this DVD from ADS.

You don't use a machine to remove NXT. You apply it VERY THIN, let it dry for an hour, then remove it by hand with a MF towel.
