Has anyone used?

either of these two products.

Ducky Water Spot Remover

or

Sea Spot Go

The apartment that I am in here in Utah uses secondary water for watering the landscape. Well where I park my truck is getting the majority of the water I think.

I am really upset about this happening to my truck. It is dark blue and is all over the paint glass and chrome.

The Sea Spot Go product says that people here in Utah have used it and it says where people have used it and they say that its affective here.

I just dont want to ruin my paint anymore than it is. I know with anything I use I will have to get a good wax on it but I need to get the spots off first.

Have you tried claying the truck to see if you can remove the water spots. In my limited detailing expeirence I havent heard of either of thoe products. Sorry I am not any more help. Pictures will help the elders pin point a solution to the problem a little better as well.

Well without pictures it's hard to make a call. Let's hope that you don't have any water etching. If that's the case, it's going to be a bumpy road for you to get it fixed. Hopefully the water spots just need to be clayed and possibly polished out. The main thing to be thinking about now is how you're going to avoid this so it doesn't happen again. It'd really suck to do a lot of work to fix the "problem", only to park in the same place and it happen again in a month or so.

Well more spots today from what I can tell. I am not sure what to use or where I can even park. I will hopefully get the apartment complex to pay for the damages. Most of the damage is to the rear of the truck as I back in. I have parked on the end where the whole driver side got it. Its not as bad on the front or passenger side.

Hope its not as bad as I think it might be.

Here they are:

Those look like you will need clay at the very least.

Well I have to get the apartment complex to do something about the sprinklers before I do anything to my truck. Luckly it is parked at the airport 80% of the time and is not subject to getting wet unless it rains and that doesnt happen that often here.

Anyone here in the Salt Lake City area that does good detailing? Please drop me an email.
