Knuckle Dents-2-Back driver side door

So there are two dents, fairly small right next to each other. They appear to be from two knuckles. Any cheap way to get them out? I have heard something about heat and ice? What do you guys think.

Several years ago I tried the dry ice on a hot day on a car. It did not work for me. Take it to a good dent repair guy, and ask before hand how he will get access to dent.
