Have you thought about trying some Plast-X on it to bring it back to life?

He is having trouble getting to the inside. What he needs is a tiny powerball... Then he can clean away (well, then comes the problem of removal, but where there's a will, there's a way...)

Dont tempt him, though...

Not to hijack your thread RR but I borrowed my dads Honda generator this weekend and it got a little dusty while I was using it. I got home and whipped out my bottle of #34 and a grunge microfiber and proceeded to QD the generator. Needless to say I think that I have been spending WAYYYY to much time in the OCD section.

It probably will. I have a really nasty looking yellow one that I am thinking about using APC and HD on to see if it cleans it up any.

I believe that it does as I'm almost 100% that I saw a post not too long ago written by RR stating he does his extension cords with it.

Ya, Thanks to RR I am now thinking of various ways to apply my detailing arsenal to my daily life. Hell, I even used my mag wheel polish to do all the chrome in my house and then followed it up with pb wheel sealant! And this section definately has increased my OCD 10 fold. And whats even worse, has me bragging about it like I just won the olympic gold!

correct it does, but agree, you should wipe down with APC+ or SG or 303 first, allow to dry then apply the HD.

I only did the orange once, it did make a differnece but they show too much dirt anyway so I haven't done it again.

I was maily talking about my drop down wind up kind used for detailing in the garage.
