best wax?

I too know someone with it and he says it's possibly the best wax but not leaps and bounds better. Definitely not worth the price.

As already stated there is no 'best wax' out there. Whatever is priced reasonable for you, provides enough for your application, and sounds simple and what you believe will keep your paint safe, go for it.

Most shine comes from a good polishing.

Best wax is far different question than favorite wax. Perhaps that should have been asked instead.

If I wasnt un-naturally OCD (thanks, RP... ), then I would use that alone. Well, actually, when I feel like improving protection right before a road trip, I typically throw a coat of NXT on there... So yes, even at least one of the crazy goons out here still uses it.

Also, customer vehicles get it. They aren't worthy (most of the time) of either EX-P or #21...

Agreed, I usually use NXT or #845 on customer's vehicles unless they are very good friends of mine.

Good point-- some friends get the top shelf margarita for their paint. Most get NXT, though Family almost always gets NXT, but only because they couldnt care less if the car was even washed...
