Body dents and scratches

The other day I hit a wood post and dented the side of my truck. The scratches aren't that bad and im sure that they will buff out but Im not sure what to do about the dents. One of them looks like it will pop out with one of the paint less dent removal tools but theres a series of about 5 that are small and I don't know how to get them out. Also is there anyway to fix a crease once they pop out. Any help would be awesome.

Unfortunately once metal has been dented its very hard to reform it into the proper shape. Your best bet will be a body shop with a good track record for quality.

Maybe scour the Jyards for a replacement panel in the same color.

Take the truck to a paintless dent removal shop and have them look at it and advise you.
