i use stoners glass cleaner, lots of people here use it, you could try clay baring the glass, then to protect it use regular wax on it (nxt)

Are you talking about on the inside of the windows? If you're talking about the exterior, you do know that the tint goes on the inside, right? I'd try claying the windows to remove the spots. Waxing the windows will provide protection but I'm inclined to believe that the wax will be gone once you use any type of window cleaner on them. So my advice is to clay bar the windows, clean them with a cleaner like Stoners and when you do wash, just make sure you dry the windows.

Once you get them perfectly clean, RainX might help with protection.

i have had this problem to on one of my older vehicles, the absolute best way to get rid of the water spots on the outside of ur truck is to use a bug and tar remover and a very very fine piece of steel wool. just apply the bug and tar remover to the window and use a little elbow grease with the steel wool and should have them spots off in know time....
make sure not to do this on the inside of the windows as it will ruin your tint. Hope this helps
