So i own a 2001 supercrew XLT 4x4 and the color is black right now.. but im tryin to decide on wiether to get it repainted black.. i like black when its clean.. but its sooo hard and its a truck.. but ive always wanted a silver or a DSG color... but i dont know what would be a resonable cost for that?? so can someone help me out!

 

Brad will help you out by moving this. But to address your question, a new paint job is EXPENSIVE if done by a reputable place.

 

It is going to be super expensive if you change colors, if your want the color swap hidden, door jambs, under hood. Either way it is will cost at least a couple of thousand if you want it done right.

I would look at the cost versus what your vehicle is worth on the retail market and decide if it is worth doing. Good chance being it is a 01 it is already paid for, so what is 3-5k paint job versus buying a newer F-150?

 

yup its paid for.. but i dont know i dont really wanna payment u know but i would really love a new f 150 ... lol man u guys suck!!
