On the DA, you'll need some pads that are 'polishing pads' and then one or two that are 'finishing' pads.

There are various brands, types, flavors, etc... Meguiar's, Lake, Rightlook, 3m... all kinds.

The main preference around here is either Lake or Meguiar's... there's a post here somewhere that I just did that outlines a little about the Meg's pads -- I think it was in a response to a Bill W guy... do a quick search for 9006 and you'll find it.
