First detailing job

Did my first detailing job yesterday and finished up this morning. Truck is 3 months old. Claybarred a vehicle for the first time, and was impressed. On a relatively new vehicle I noticed a difference in how the paint felt. Felt a little dull before and felt so smooth afterwards. I followed it up with the 3 step process from Meguire's, with the NXT before the 3rd step. I am quite tired from all the rubbing but the truck looks great. Impressed with myself. Sucks that it will probably get bugs splattered on it on the way to Orlando, from Miami tomorrow, but II'll have the Quick Detail Spray and Bug remover. After the time I spent on that thing, and the way my arms hurt, I'm going to enjoy it looking that good for a little bit. Posted a few pics in the gallary. I also changed the oil since it was due. Man what a pain to get that filter off. Now I know why some of the guys said good luck getting it off for the first oil change.

just upload your pics to some pic posting site like photobucket.com, then post the links in the thread and the pics appear

This was the night before after applying the coat of NXT

Next morning after step 3 of Meguire's. I went back and touched some of the spots i missed. Now just have to work on the scratch above the handle.
