try using a good quality glass cleaner first, but some guys swear by white vinegar/water combo, or clay bar, some even went so far as to use a very fine steel wool but thats a little too much for me. try the vinegar/water then clay it should take care of it. i wipe with a used polishing cloth after i wax also, it keeps them nice and black
